Framework

Animal cruelty is when someone hurts an animal or does not care for an animal responsibly, like not giving a dog or cat food and water. It is against the law to be cruel to or harm animals, even your own pets. It’s also called animal abuse, or neglect.
Care for animals, is becoming more lacking, because people

are not aware and tolerant from animals are also living

beings and have rights, which we must respect.

Caring for animals, is important and we must not hit them,
throw them water, give poison to eat and much more, in order to live in a better world, where living, being should be respected and live in peace.

Animals abuse should not be done because they also feel

like we humans and is not fair that we take advantage of

them either to exploit or fun.

People that give animals abuse should receive penalties oy
large fines, since animals deserve respect, are defenseless and humans should become aware that we are doing a disservice to our unique company on the planet earth.
Animals have a right to live free from pain.

In 2013 we successfully moved the United Nations to include
animal welfare in resolutions for the first time – a victory that
will lead to policy change worldwide.

Sometimes it is simply that people do not understand that what they are doing to an animal is causing the animal pain. Other times, people who have been abused themselves will be cruel to animals because they think that is the only way to treat others.

The worst cruelty situations are when people hurt animals knowing that it hurts the animal, and they do it to cause the animal pain. It is hard to say why someone would do this, but often they see the animals as objects instead of creatures with feelings.
